We love watching our children learn and grow at LGLC. Over the past two years, our son has grown so much under the care of the teachers and staff at Looking Glass. They care about our son as if he were one of their own!

My son began attending Looking Glass Learning Center when he was sixteen months old. Looking Glass is a safe environment both inside the classrooms and outside on the playground. His education has been encouraging and nurturing. I am always impressed with the different things he is learning at the center, such as sign language, colors, words and how to share and play with other children. I have also learned that the teachers are a wonderful resource, especially when addressing a concern or dealing with behavioral issues. I would

The Looking Glass Learning Center has been the best thing that happened to us in August. We were desperate to find a new daycare situation for our one year old and literally stumbled upon LGLC while driving on Mogadore Road. I immediately felt that Looking Glass was about kids, not corporate interests. We feel that we're dropping our child off with friends who provide a loving, caring, and stimulating environment. We also greatly appreciate the flexibility of the staff at the center to accomodate our needs. What a great addition to the Kent community!

Looking Glass Learning Center is a wonderful place for children! The excitement in my child's expressions reflect the comfort and fun atmosphere Looking Glass creates for little people. Most importantly, the teachers have helped expand her ever growing vocabulary.

We are so happy we brought our twins to the Looking Glass Learning Center. We feel like we are taking them to a family home instead of a corporate business. It is safe, very clean and my kids love it! I am amazed at the Spanish and sign language they've learned. The teachers are nurturing and creative with each student. I feel like I've always been able to be honest with Jenny and her staff with concerns. They always make us feel welcome and a part of the family. The price was a little cheaper than our last preschool, although the quality is superb. I love the pictures and emails Miss Tammy sends to us from the kids daily activities. It makes me feel like I'm part of their day when I have to be at work. Being mothers themselves, they understand the challenge of balancing family and work. That's why Jenny and Tammy have been so considerate fulfilling families needs.

Prior to enrolling my children in LGLC I was a stay at home mom. I visited over 20 area child care centers and none of them compared to LGLC. It was the friendliness, honesty and dedication of the staff that convinced me that this was a place my children could thrive. My youngest son is in Miss Nicci's 2 year old room and loves going to school. He is always bringing home crafts that he is proud of and wants to show to everybody. My oldest son is in Miss Tammy's preschool room and the transition was the most difficult for him. I don't know what I would have done without the LGLC staff. Now he can't wait to go to school every morning. He continues to amaze me with the new things he learns everyday. The curriculum is more than I could have hoped for. I would recommend LGLC to anyone looking for a nurturing environment where their children can grow.

I wanted to take the time to share our experience with The Looking Glass Learning Center. Like many other moms, I am wary about child care centers. I spent the beginning of my career working in Child Welfare and have a difficult time trusting others when it comes to my child. We enrolled our (then) two year old at LGLC nearly nine months ago. We were received warmly and personal time was taken to address any concerns or questions that we may have had. Over the past nine months we have grown to think of the child care providers at the LGLC as family. Each person that has contact with my daughter knows her well and truly seems to enjoy her. I have felt comfortable dropping her off for preschool since (nearly) day one. She has learned so many things and continues to surprise us each day. Her grasp of phonics at age three is truly amazing!

We love the fact that we are always informed! The communication is GREAT! We love the weekly newsletters, and we especially like seeing all the pictures-since parents aren't there with their kids, it's nice to be informed of the various activities and "see" the kids in action, whether playing, learning, doing "hands-on" activities! We appreciate how your center goes above and beyond and always has something planned for the kids and you involve parents as much as possible! You guys are always planning events, activities, programs, feasts, parties, etc. to make sure the kids are involved and having FUN, and you involve the parents! We feel that sending our son to your center is such a GREAT investment! Worth every penny!
